Morales was a senior CIA operations officer heavily involved in the Agency's anti-Castro paramilitary operations run out of the JMWAVE station in Miami in the early 1960s, and a figure of long-running interest to JFK assassination researchers.
It is a routine 1971 administrative travel notification recording Morales's covert-status departure from the CIA's Vietnam station, from a later stage of his career unrelated directly to the Cuba operations he is best known for.
