SUN STREAK was a later codename in the U.S. government's remote-viewing program (following GRILL FLAME and CENTER LANE), run for the Defense Intelligence Agency in the late 1980s before the program was renamed STAR GATE.
The viewer reported that during his second session, something invisible tried to pull the sealed tasking envelope from his hand, prompting him to abruptly end the session; a follow-up session was arranged to address the incident before operations resumed.
