Lieutenant Colonel Robert Jachim was a U.S. Army project officer involved in the government's classified remote-viewing research during the GRILL FLAME era of the early 1980s.
It was a public parapsychology test run by Omni magazine; this memo proposes coordinating remote-viewer screening research with it to obtain a large amount of 'free' test data on potential psychic talent.
